Our full day program will run from 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday. Half-day pickup is at noon promptly.
Early drop-off at 7:30 AM is available as well as extended day pick-up at 5:30 PM for an extra fee.
The entire program is held at Carbuncle Beach House, 12 Carbuncle Drive Oxford, MA. Please drop off and pick up there. Children have access to Carbuncle Pond and the Splash Pad daily. Payment for each week is due in full the Wednesday prior to the start of the week or children will not be able to attend. If you need to work out a payment plan, please contact us directly.
PLEASE NOTE: Each child must be at least 6 years old AND going into FIRST GRADE. Kids must be able to put on their own swimwear and put additional sunscreen on independently. Staff is not able to assist your child(ren) with dressing/undressing, toileting, or applying sunscreen. Please apply sunscreen in the morning, and send your child(ren) with spray sunscreen that they can put on themselves as needed throughout the day. Also send your child(ren) with a morning snack, a bagged lunch (NO NUT PRODUCTS, PLEASE), a water bottle to be used and refilled throughout the day, bathing suit, towel, sandals or flip-flops if they choose, and an extra set of clothes just in case. Afternoon snacks will be provided. Sneakers should be worn to Carbuncle each morning.
We DO need a copy of each child's immunization records.
OCC and Carbuncle staff strive to maintain a positive experience for all participants. If your child has a need for social, emotional, cognitive, or physical accommodations, please notify the Community Center Director and Program Coordinator prior to registration to determine if our program has the ability to meet those needs. (for example, one-to-one care is not available unless the one-to-one aid is supplied by the family or an outside source and all pertinent information is provided to OCC prior to the first day of attendance by child and aid)
