Welcome to our activity registration system and website. To get started please Create an Account with all your household information. The data provided - emergency contacts, medical information, etc. - will help us better serve you. This info will also be automatically placed into your registration forms. The data you provide will not be sold, traded, or used for any purpose other than registering for and participation in our programs.

Please take note: When registering for programs, many have MINIMUM and MAXIMUM number requirements. If a program does not meet the minimum number of required registrants, it will be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled (whichever is most feasible). Should this happen, registrants are offered an account credit toward the rescheduled date or another program; refunds may be requested by calling the OCC office and speaking with the Program Coordinator or the Director.
Refunds are available only when our postponing, rescheduling or cancelling a program prevent your/your child's attendance, or in the case of illness or injury preventing attendance. In all other cases, an account credit will be applied to your account to be used toward another program or event.
Refund processing can take 14-28 days and will be received in the form of a check from the Town.
